Both roasty and hoppy, Sea Otter is an American-style stout that’s made for sipping during the winter and holiday season. The flavor profile is similar to Sierra Nevada’s classic West Coast-style stout, with a bold balance of bright American hops, rich dark malts, and coffee, chocolate and citrus notes before the dry bitterness of the finish.

Taps opaque sable with a thick tan head that leaves good lacing. Aroma delivers roast malt, molasses and mocha tones. Flavor offers roast and slightly smoky malt, molasses, coffee, semi-sweet chocolate and - is that a hint of licorice? Mouthfeel presents firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. You otter like this one.
