This rebel has roots. Saskatchewan farmers are the first and the finest when it comes to wheat production. It would practically be a sin not to feature the world’s best wheat in one of our beers. Produced with unmalted wheat, spiced with orange peel and fresh, Indian coriander, this is the perfect thirst quencher with enough flavour to keep you interested. The delicate fruit and spice notes in this beer works with a wide assortment of salads and seafood dishes, especially sushi. Pair with fresh goat cheeses and creamy brie. Use it as a base for broth to steam fresh mussels.
