Pilsner style lager which presents with a pale, almost grain hued and a large white frothy bubbled head. Smooth and malty, sweet. Clean feeling, with a very clear malt profile. Blueberry on the nose with a light bitterness on finish. Ginseng adds to the smooth bitter finish.

I tried this beer on March 18, 2011 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a clear pale gold with a this white ring for a head. The aroma was grainy malt, floral hops, sour cream, and weak fruits. The mouthfeel was meddium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, milk, weak hops, ad a hint of sweet fruit. The 'milky' aroma and taste is a turn off!
