330 ml capped bottle, as a 5.5 % ABV. Poured in the original Queue de Charrue designed glass an unfiltered hazy ruby-brown coloured Ale with a generous two fingers light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro and big bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is faint sweety malts, weak fruits, apples, faint herbal hops, some hay. The flavour is moderate malty, brown sugar, notes of caramel, corn, cooked vegetables. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, a bit sticky and quite aciditic. This light to medium bodied Ale a dry malty and sticky finish. Not a really convincing Begian Ale.

Bottled@SBWF2007. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood and some slightly spicy notes. Flavour is really wooden, caramel malty and slightly spicy in the finish. Still not very exciting.
