can't figure out the "heavy, dark, 2.0" rating from LW2...oh well. this beer is a nice break from the plethora of wheat beers at Pyramid. It's a decent esb, or session beer, light malty profile, medium brown in color, ever so slightly bitter finish.

Light brown gold color, medium head. A light bodied ale. Milder flavor, nice mild hop bitterness. Nice malts, slightly sweet. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

A decent beer concidering I have only had it once quite sometime ago, but still a little to heavy of a dark beer for my liking.

A good beer, not their best, but quite drinkable. Nice malt nose, and some hop presence. Decent head and sheets of lace. A good beer for those not really into heavy dark beers.
