Lightly unfiltered with very tiny, transparent particles through it. Light golden in colour. The head is white, fluffy-frothy, long lasting and leaving thick foamy lacing. A cereal malt base with some floral, herbal notes. A creamyish mouthfeel with a nice, mild, building dryness in the end. A little herbal, hoppiness in the taste with the malt being milder. Gets even hazy near the last pour. A very easy to drink, pleasant Kölsch with nice drying herbal hops.
