    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

750 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured a lazy gushing, unfiltered and cloudy straw-yellow coloured Ale with a good one finger soapy and slightly beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of big floating sediments. The aroma is sweety malts, herbal notes, a light sourish and pronounced barnyard feeling. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, cereals, yeast, hay and marked herbal hops. The mouthfeel is round, light bitter and quite thick. This medium bodied Ale has a dry malty and bitter finish. A nice refreshing and pleasant Blonde Ale from a tiny farm-brewery with Kate, its brewmasterin, located at the border between the departements of Yonne and Loiret, in the region Bourgogne.
