Mar. 2010 - Amber/copper pour with very little head. Faint but pleasant aroma of cherries with a hint of cocoa (a nice combo, I might say). The flavor was a nice blend of dark fruit and a hint of chocolate. My only complaint would be a lack of yeastiness present in most belgians. At least they didn’t overdo candied sugar,n as many US belgian wannabes do. Enjoyable.
