This Irish style dry stout is named for the Irish Walking stick, the "Blackthorn Shillelagh." We brew this dry roasted stout every year just in time for St. Patty's Day. It has a rich flavor with hints of coffee and chocolate while maintaining a traditional thin body. After a few of these in the pub, you might actually need a shillelagh to help with the walk home!
