A cloudy dark yellow appearance. A lemon and bubblegum aroma. The flavor is very crisp with a doughy presence. Some cloves, lemons, limes, and wheat bread in the flavor. I dont like American Wheats but this is a good example of the style. This would be great for a hot day picnic or such. Not bad at all. Sampled from a Playboy chalice.

Picked this one up in Lawrence, KS in a mixed sixer. I can say that this is a weak-sauce American Wheat and this comes from the so called 'American Wheat Apologist', unfortunately. Bready and watery, that's the story here, unfortunately (though possibly not treated too well).

12oz bottle. Orange gold color. Small white foamy head. Aroma is mild, citrusy and grassy. A light to medium bodied American Wheat. Malts are fruity and grassy. Touch of banana and clove with grows more prevalent at the finish. Light and refreshing. Crisp and clean. Nice wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with a touch of banana.

this was good drinking, clean flavors all the way through. If your not a fan of wheat beer, maybe try this one, with nice american ale character and not too raw wheaty. Addition of Soy to the malt smoothes thing over.....................sunshine yellow-orange is opaque with an OK head, i like that this doesnt try to mimic a german hefe as some american wheats try to. Taste of the Heartland!............ Not packed with flavor, but tasteful, and a solid mouthfeel carries it through well........Candy malt flavor has grassy, hayish notes and goes well with the slightly spicy, somewhat sappy hops. A touch fruity on the nose with a bit of fresh yeast. Medium dry, and a broad, clean finish calls for more.
