“If you brew it, they will come.” Allow your field of strawberry dreams to be fulfilled with one of the most approachable styles in beer, an American Wheat Ale. We took a traditional Wheat Ale recipe, used a Belgian yeast and in Pontoon fashion, added a little kick. We used a Belgian yeast with this style to give it subtle Belgian esters, then added strawberry and rhubarb to make a super crushable beer with hints of sweet strawberries

Pours clear topaz with a thick and fairly persistent vellum head. Aroma features tart and sweet strawberry right out of the patch, plus wheat and a hint of butterscotch. Flavor gives fresh tart and sweet strawberry, wheat, butterscotch, banana, a bit of fresh malt. Texture brings nice body and lively fizz. How 'bout them Braves.
