Our award-winning sour with copious amounts of peaches, apricots, and peach ring candy that pairs with the soft lactic sourness and microbe driven stone fruit from the lactobacillus sour culture. We referment it on additional peaches, apricots, candied peach rings and finish it with lactose to create a creamy but tart candied peach treat! Tart, peachy, and plush!

Pours hazy apricot with a frothy eggshell head. Aroma offers tart and sweet peach - serious peach - plus fresh malt and a tropical hint. Flavor features tart and sweet peach, apricot, mango, a hint of banana, a fresh malt foundation. Texture provides decent body and perky fizz. Slush in the plush - but don't get sloshed.
