Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Poured a clear yellow color with no head or lacing (since it is a honey wine and all). Aroma a sweet wine with hints of honey and flowers. Flavor has a warming presence to it, with the elderflowers present in the aftertaste. Meads aren't my thing, but at least I'm done with North Dakota.

Courtesy of Beerhunter: Poured a clear translucent pale golden colour with very soft floral and honey notes on the nose. Taste was off dry, pleasent and very comfortable. Overall, a nice mead, and glad to see North Dakota gone.

Thanks to BeerHunter for a taste of this mead. Poured a clear pale lemon-yellow color. Mild, sweet flowery nose. Soft flavors of honey-sweetened fruit in a floral background. Easy to drink, soft and satisfying.

Poured a clear light yellow color with a semi sweet aroma. The flavors were pleasently fruity and exhibited a nice touch of honey. The legs on the glass were moderate and the overall Mead had nice vegetative qualities from the elderflowers. A very nice Mead.

Pours a clear very light yellow. Aroma is sweet with an alcohol presense. Flavor is odd. Expect a wine flavor, but it has a floral/earthy taste to the sweetness. Ok I suppose. This is my first mead so my opinion probably doesn't matter much. HUGE thanks to Dansting for scoring this bottle. 51 out of 51! We're the coolest.
