Opalescent pale yellow color, as per style, with compact white head. The nose has hints of spices and citrus, well balanced by the rustic note of Senatore Cappelli wheat and by the light fruity and white pepper notes given by the yeast. The flavor picks up and amplifies the olfactory spectrum, recalling the aromas of ginger and grapefruit, on a soft and refreshing base. A summer and aperitif beer, which combines the aromas of our cereal fields with a Mediterranean and oriental touch, thanks to the different spices used (sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, grains of paradise, white pepper, coriander and Timut pepper , i.e. wild Sichuan pepper).
