On tap in Solana Beach. Pale gold color. Large sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, brown sugar and some spices. A medium bodied Biere da Garde. Malts are fruity and sweet. Touch of spice and barnyard. Lively carbonation. Clean finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Light and refreshing. Nice beer. Would probably have been much better if it wasn’t served at a near freezing temperature. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and a touch spicy.

Poured an amber color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma was sweet, with honey, some lemon, brown sugar, citrus and spices. Taste was earthy, caramel malt, some more honey, light citrus hops, vanilla, and some alcohol as well.
