So, I'm in San Ramon Costa Rica. about 2 hours north of San Jose. And I walk into this package store to buy some beer. Looking around, it looks like the same old same old. "Give me a couple of these, one of those and one of those. No not that on- yeah, that one." That's when I spot it- Pilsen 6.0! Picture someone saying it in a deep overly enthusiastic spanish accent. What is that stuff? Oh, it's 6% alcohol- fuck yeah, give me a few of those. Give me some of that strong malt liquor sir! It showed up here and there in the rest of CR but that was my first encounter. Nothing special, just a little bit more boozy.
