Introducing another beer in our staff beer series, IAIN, the CANADIAiN STOUT! (Well, we're told it's more like an American Stout, though it is a little outside of the box... wink emoticon;) ) Brewed by our pal Iain Brannigan, this assertively roasty stout clocks in at 7% alc./vol. and has a well balanced hop bitterness which goes down quite smooth due to the velvety nature of the generous helping of oats in the recipe.
