It pours an amber with fairly thick white-head and some lace residue. The aroma is caramel malt, light hops, citrusy, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth, silky, and rich. Flavors of the caramel malts, hops, orange-citrus, bread and yeasty, and choice spice blend. Very good!

Poured a dark amber color with a white head. Not a typical blonde. Has a bitter flavor that finishes with some lemon zest flavor. Overall a very refreshing drinkable summer type ale

I really liked the deep golden color and creamy, thick head on Rally Cap. It was very inviting looking. There was a strong hoppy aroma to this one as well as a slight aroma of lemon. This was a nice thirst quenching summer brew.

A good solid thirst quencher here. Like some other reviewers, I too thought that this would be good while watching baseball on the tube on a Sunday afternoon, so I thought what better time. Finished mowing the lawn, cracked open a cold one and sat on the couch just in time for first pitch. The first thing that I noticed was how smooth it was. Aroma was slightly malty, a little grainy but nothing more unfortunately. Appearance was a nice golden color. Mouthfeel was light and slightly carbonated. Flavors are slightly grassy, a little on the sweet side with a lemony zing to brighten it up a bit. Not enough so that it makes it undrinkable, but just a nice touch. Nothing wrong with this beer. It will be a pleasure to finish off the other 5.

Bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a minimal white head. No lacing. Aroma of caramel with a touch of lemon. Flavor is sweet, almost too sweet. Could use some more hops. Probably a lot more refreshing after a day of yard work.

I'm sure this would be much better with mowing the lawn rather than hangin' out while watching TV in the apartment in late January. Oh well, the Mt. Hood exporlation was interesting. Will no head and lace, but nicely golden. Slightly sticky mouthfeel with subdued bitterness and nicely hoppy flavor where the malt sits down.

This is a good basic summer ale. Nothing really stands out as to flavor or aroma. The lemon and the hops doesn't kick you but you know its there. I would have to say that IMO it is one of the most refreshing summer ales I have had this summer.

The smell of the beer is average. Sort of a bitter smell. Appearance is also average, a nice light color. Mouthfeel was okay. The flavor was preety good. Sort of a hoppy tast but not to strong.
