Pours clear straw yellow with a thick and fairly persistent porcelain head. Aroma offers zesty fresh malt and yeast plus a hint of pomme fruit. Flavor nicely matches the aroma for a smooth and simple beer that makes good casual drinking. Mouthfeel presents fairly firm body and nice fizz. Get down and dirty regardless of your hair color - or even if you’re bald.

Not much to see here, but grew on me with each sample. I’ll say it again....blondes are hit or miss for me. This was a hit...not so much out of the ballpark though. Light caramel malt with just an oh so little hop content to offset the sweetness. Light gold appearance. Decent dinner pairing beer that I’ll probably get here or there in the spring/summer.
