500 ml bottle, from The British Corner Shop. ABV is 6.1%. Pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of Redstreak apples, hints of honey, flowers, oak and moderate sulphites. Slightly sweet but still fairly crisp flavour, notes of apples with some tannins, oak and sulphites.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some mild cheesy notes as well as mild notes of yeast. Flavour is fruits, some cheeesy notes as also quite sweet apples.
