A lightly sparkling sweet single variety cider. Morgan Sweet is a pure sweet apple which ferments rapidly making it the first cider of the season. It produces a good quality cider with a strong persistently fruity flavour.

500 ml brown bottle, as Perry's Somerset Morgan Single Variety Cider, from The British Corner Shop. ABV is 6.0%. Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a small white head. Pleasant and fresh aroma of apples with some tannins, hints of honey, flowers, oak and sulphites. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Medium sweet flavour of apples, moderate tannins, hints of oak and sulphites.
