The Countess Stout is roasty and full of chocolate notes. Named after The Countess of Dufferin, Canada’s first steam locomotive that was shipped up the Red River from Minnesota on the SS Selkirk. The Countess is a well balanced stout: roasty, chocolatey, a bit of dark fruit, a touch of bitterness, and it finishes on the palate dry and sweet.
