Our Spring seasonal, this Dopplebock really comes shining through. A six-malt traditional Dopplebock made with the Pearl Street Brewery's finesse, "Evil~D" is deep caramel brew, rich with pungent flavors of German hops. Only at select establishments and only available early in the season.

I've had this twice on tap now. Great bier! The folks at PS do it and do it and do it well. Perfect bright yet dark coppper colour with nice firm bready malts on the palate. Well balanced and just what I needed on a night like this. :)

what an awesome surprise this one was! probably still the second best dopplebock i've ever had. everything was done well, from the just right bready sweetness, to the aroma, and slightly drier finish. had to bring a growler back for the misses. this is the kind of beer you can have for breakfast, he he he.
