A traditional summer wheat beer marries a West Coast pale ale. Locally grown wheat provides a complex mouthfeel and Amarillo® dry hopping gives a citrusy aroma.

Comes out of the bottle a slightly hazy solar yellow with a fluffy and somewhat persistent ivory head. Wheaty and slightly citrusy aroma has a surprising hoppy overtone. Wheaty flavor is quite refreshing - if it's hot you'll wanna chug it (but please do so responsibly!) and enjoy the hints of hops and lemon. Texture is smooth, though not too fizzy, so it glides down the pipes easily. A perfect way to welcome summer, or bit it farewell.

A bright golden colored beer with a small creamy textured, white head rising briefly above. There is no discernable lacing. Disappointing. The nose is hoppy, citric hops. The taste is citrus and grassy hops in a subtle bready base. Well carbonated and crisp light body. Overall, I'll have another.
