In lieu of featuring the flavor profiles of the yeast, as many Hefeweizen (yeast-wheat) beers do, this Weizenbier (wheat beer) sets out to feature the intoxicating essence of the alliance between malted barley and American red wheat. Very subtly hopped, this ale utilizes a yeast strain that delivers a beer that is bright in color and flavor that absolutely resonates refreshment.
