American wheat with mango and Szechuan peppercorns added. An excavation of its very own, Lindenmeier wheat creates a balance of fruit and spice with the addition of szechuan peppercorn and mango into an American Wheat base. Named after the famous Lindenmeier Archeological site that lies north of Fort Collins and is home of the Folsom Man.

16 oz can. Pours hazy straw yellow with a big meringue white head that retains well and leaves little lacing.
The aroma is tons of juicy mango with a little peppercorn that comes out more as it sits.
The flavor is wheat malts with sweet fruity mango and the peppercorn spice in the finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, an interesting mix with the mango and peppercorn. One of the better Pateros beers I've had.
