Pours clear topaz with a thick vellum head. Aroma furnishes sweet strawberry, wheat, hints of malt and citrus. Flavor provides sweet and slightly tart strawberry, wheat, a little lemon, a bit of malt. Texture supplies nice body and peppy fizz. Call it "Strawbrake," maybe?
