So i went looking for this, on my way to New Orleans from Houston I researched where i could find some on the way- ended up at Prejeans Restaurant in Lafayette,LA at about 8am, so my mom orders a coffee, I order a pint of the Canebrake from my friendly black waiter, goes down nicely.. then knowing i have a big day, i say maybe on another pint and the waiter brings me another- hell, ok.. and bring me some beignets!! .. . . Pours a deep gold, light haze .. light foam, got better as it warmed .. . aroma of sugar cane, bamboo, very light molasses, caramel, and yeast .. . nicely balanced .. . quite easy to put down .. . and damn enjoyable ..
hey nick on the webcam! .. does graham have a mohawk?? why yes! .. yes i do!!!
