The beer pours a coca-cola brown colour with brown edges and a huge bubbly light brown head. Citrus and roasted malt make up most of the aroma but there are hints of coffee, caramel, and yeast. Flavour is very similar to most average rune of the mill Black IPAs with a citrusy roasty flavour. Good, but not great.

Pours a clean dark copper colour with a frothy beige head, good retention and thick creamy lace. Aromas of the hops with hints of cocoa and light vanilla. Got a metallic taste from the hop, but seems to blend a little more as I go. The roasted malt is way in the back. The bitterness from the grassy hops lingers. A nice dryness stays. Which the burnt malt would be a little stronger to counterbalance the hops. Still, a nice brew, especially for those who like a real hoppy lager.

Pours a fairly immense frothy beige head and has a dark amber appearance with ruby highlights. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of floral hops as well as grainy malts. Flavours are piney and grassy hops. Some hints of spices, very little. Some subtle notes of caramel and toffee. Slick and somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Good retention. Pretty good stuff!

Dark body with a persistent beige head that leaves a slick lacing. I like the combination of different styles. Roasted malt dominates the aroma and flavour. Chocolate, bitter coffee followed with some piney hop bitterness with a background larger flavour. Medium, smooth mouthfeel with a bit of carbonation. Just noticed a slightly smokey flavour towards the end. Tasty stuff.

The beer pours a solid black colour with a 1" frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, and coffee. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is quite similar to the aroma wioth notes of roasted malt, slightly sweet chocolate, and coffee. There is a somewhat tart aftertaste that takes away slightly from the flavour, but otherwise a good beer.
