750 ml swing top bottle, number 151 / 1200. After gushing a bit when opened, it pours hazy golden orange with a smallish white head that goes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is funky yeast with some fruity brett.
The flavor is interesting, fruity brett with some funk and wit spices and vinous notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied but very watery.
Overall, a nice brett wit. I think I liked Anchorage's version better.
