Character Ale:Smooth dark chocolate malt notes This is a full bodied beer, steeped in a blend of organic two row pale malt, a generous amount of crystal malt and a balanced portion of black or chocolate specialty malts. This brew is also strongly influenced from our special top fermenting yeast strain from England, which is very suitable for stronger ale brews. We use only the best aroma hops available, however, the character of the beer is strongly on the malty side.
