pours a pale straw yellow color with small quickly fading white head. the aroma is wheat and malt. The taste is fantastic. While tart is not overtly so, nicely balanced. very refreshing. will be doing 2nd's here. the mouthfeel is light, refreshing and nicely carbonated.
