Ostravar Original is a light beer brewed using the traditional bottom fermentation technique. It is a refreshing beer with a strongish bite and moderately bitter aftertaste. It pours a solid golden with a thick and foamy white head and copious and thick lacing. An aroma of fresh malts and hops, light breads, lemon and some citrus notes, bitterness, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of fresh malts, hops, lemon and citrus, light bread, bitterness, and spices. Very good!
