750 ml clear bottle, harvest 2022, from the cidery. ABV is 8.0%. Hopped cider, apple varieties are Karin Schneider and Rubinstep. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Fresh aroma of said apples, a hint of citric and herbal hops, also a hint of sulphites. Fresh apple flavour, medium dry, moderate citric hops, again a hint of sulphites. Well balanced and enjoyable.
