Pale clear yellow. No head nor lacing. Sweet light strawberry and tart and sweet apple aroma with a decent dose of alcohol. Taste is strawberries upfront, lightly sweetened and tangy, then an apple background that is also tart and sweet with a good dose of booze. Well crafted cider - very tasty. Rivals their Peach Cider which is outstanding.
