This dark, rich ale is based on the combination of eight different malts and cereals. This yeilds a complex malt profile with some sweetness, balanced by American hops, which also provides the ale with a citrusy aroma.

Dark brown colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, earth, yeast and some dark fruits. Flavour is quite sour, but otherwise similar to what the aroma was. ASome slight yeastyness in finish.

cloudy reddish-brown colour and a little but firm beige head; a bit toasted with some biscuity maltiness; very creamy muthfeel and with a relatively thin malt body; a touch of late sourness gives it a nice balance and an interesting profile; the finish shows long malty and hoppy notes

Dark brown with a big creamy beige foam. Sweet floral hop aroma, hints of brown sugar, cocoa poder and caramel. Strong flavour of caramel, nuts, cocoa, brown sugar and hops. Long chocolately bitter aftertaste. Creamy full mouthfeel. Quite nice beer.
