Banana & elderflower are the first impressions you get when pouring a glass of this very light coloured beer. The flavours of ginger subtly awake the palate and then a gentle taste of coriander fills your mouth. This then settles into a beautifully balanced mouthful which clears the palate ready for the next mouthful. The coriander and parsley flavours of this beer make it the perfect drink to take with a plate full of fresh Cromer Crab or even more exotically Mediterranean Sea food dishes like paella or tapas. White Dove is a Belgian style White beer with ginger and other spices added at the end of the boiling processs. It has been produced by traditional belgian brewing methods of using unmalted wheat. It is an easy drinking session beer
