Pours dark chocolate with minimal head. Aroma gives strong sweetness with bourbon and roast malt. Flavor presents bourbon, raspberries, roasty and strong sweet notes. Texture features heavy body and perky fizz. Park here for a beer.

I was impressed by another Olde Hickory beer last week, so I picked up this one and I don't regret it. Nearly black beer with a dark brown head. Pours nice and thick. Aroma is dominated by raspberries, sweetened by the monster amounts of malt in this beer. Honey also comes in, making it taste like a raspberry jam. Alcohol is strong. Bourbon is not very pronounced. Not digging it as much as I did in the first minute, but still enjoyable. Not nearly as complex as the Photo Sphere I loved last week.

From KnoxBeerCrew tasting. Ruby black pour, tight beige head, bits of lacing. Welcoming aromas of toasted malt, ripe raspberries and berry jam, some cocoa and light coffee. Taste follows the aroma with a deep rich lightly berry-fruited flavor, with some of the honey coming thru as it warms. Tasty for sure. ABV well hidden.
