Black with ruby highlights. Small head. Small aroma (possibly due to the low carbonation as they just put this on from aging in the barrels) There’s a bit of dates in the aroma. Strong oak and vanilla in the flavor, the bourbon is less evident than in some. Chocolate, char. Fairly strong bitterness in the back.
