Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is malt, syrupy sweet fruit. Taste is mild, earthy, orange peel and pine with a slight alcohol warmth. Very smooth. mild.

Bitterness fights with the boozy malt, but there is very little hop aroma or flavor within this malt bomb. Beautiful dark copper body with a coating of heavy lacing and a huge constant head. Aroma is fruity with a big caramel scent. Flavor is strong alcohol and bready malts. Not impressed with this as an IIPA, but it's a decent Strong Ale. Might cellar the last couple just to see since there aren't any hops to worry about.
