Pours a translucent orange with just a twinge of ruby-red to it, with a thin but persistent white head that bubbled nicely. The aroma is cocoa, cinnamon, a touch of nutmeg, and maybe a hint or raisin, but mostly cocoa. The taste follows the aroma with Cinnamon and nutmeg up front, classic amber malted barley flavors in the middle, and a nice touch of classic grapefruit hop bitterness on the back end. The mouth feel is light and lively, with perfect carbonation.

Lovely spiced offering from oHIo brewing. Chestnut colored body with a half-inch light tan head and stringy lacing. Filling and very malty, mildly spiced to my liking. Ginger, cinnamon, cocoa and nutmeg. Hearty malts providing a subtle roasty and chocolate combination. A stand out this year for me.
