Irish stout brewed with Maris Otter Ale Malt, Black Malt, Wheat Malt, Roasted and Flaked Barley. Bittering hops are Pilgrim and Perle (BU 50) and aroma hop Bramling Cross. Smooth, roasty stout with a nice aroma of malts and Bramling X.

Pours out a black colour with firm pale brown foam. Burnt aroma with loads of black chocolate and figs with touches of salt. Medium-bodied with velvety yet solid notes of burnt malts, salt, black chocolate, anise and figs. Medium-bitter finish of burnt malts, salt, coffee and dark chocolate with touches of bread crusts and nuts.
