Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, hops, some grass and mild fruityness. Flavour is leather, malts, some harsh hops as well as rubber. Some grassyness in the finish.

Pours a bright golden colour. hops on the nose and strong bitter hops all the way through. slightly grainy at times, and a little watery. kind of dissapointing.

My rating of this beer may seem a bit strange. However think about it. Versus other Lagers, this beer was the best I've ever tried. However, I don't like Lagers. I was persuaded by a friend who is just getting into beer to drink it. While I was underwhelmed by the body of this beer, I must say it has its redeeming qualities. First of all, compared to other lagers I've had, this beer had decent flavor. Like the label says, it's a good middle of the road beer. Not too hoppy, and not too heavy, with a sweetness that lingers. The aftertaste of this beer was very pleasant, and I was very happy with that aspect. However... This beer doesn't carry enough weight for me to give it a higher rating. I like darker beers because the flavor is more weighty, and worth the money I will spend. In all, if you like lagers, pick this beer up and try it. You'll probably like it. If you prefer darker beers, this one won't convert you.
