Sampled at the O-Town throwdown. Poured out a hazy brown with a thin white head. The aroma is musty, funky, soured and tart. For the flavor I get some sweet malts hitting up front and that is quickly over run by moldy cheese sourness and hints of lemon. This beer doesn’t taste as tart as it smells.

Thanks to Walt for sending this my way. This poured a hazy brown color. The nose was very yeasty. The flavor had lots of fruit in spice. It quite saison-like. It had a clean citric finish.

Poured a hazy brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of leather, oak, red cherries, toffee, pedio, with some toastiness as well. Taste of the same, cherry, some cedar, light sourness, some vinegar, and a bit more pediococcus. Dry finish.
