Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
330 ml bottle in metal cylinder, as Nøgne Ø Nordic Noir 3 Norwegian Strong Ale Loupiac Barrel Ed., at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 15%. Black colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of molasses, fusel, treacle, oak and dessert wine. Warming mouthfeel. The flavour has lots of treacle, honey, chocolate, dark dried fruits, oak and dessert wine. A noticeable hop bitterness makes the beer very drinkable.
