25cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a white head. Quite intense aroma of peat smoke reminds me of delicious whisky. Peat is dominating, but some fruity notes is also evident, hints of caramel and alcohol too. Reminds me a bit of young Ardbegs, maybe not so balanced and complex, but still a nice smoky punch in the stomach. Far from undrinkable, but I think 25cl bottles was a good idea anyway. Lovely stuff! Batch #879 (my Norwegian beer #500)
