Pastry Sour - Mousseline est notre version dessert d'une bière sure aux fruits. Onctueuse fruitée et décadente, elle est agrémentée d'une énorme quantité de tangerine, de mangue et d'abricots. L'ajout de noix de coco, de vanille et de lactose lui confère son aspect dessert envoûtant.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a small head leaving a film on the brew, and around the glass. Mango nose with a coconut touch. The apricots and tangerine blend in the flavours with the rest, and the vanilla is mixed with coconut finish. The mouthfeel is not too thick, refreshing with a mild sourness lingering, with the vanilla peaking a bit with this. A nicely balanced Pastry Sour with the fruits, nuttiness and dessert-like notes - all refreshing.
