So I had a taster at the pub which was well carbonated, however the growler I took home tipped over in the car and the seal broke and the glass I am reviewing now is flat... o well. Its definately beer with some ginger, really pale yellow with a trace of orange. The smell is of biscuity malts, and kinda like cold chicken noodle soup in a strange way (maybe salt). The aroma is really good though. Something like sprite on the nose as well. Taste is a light white fresh baked bread, a dry citrus like ginger, a slightly botter bite that is quite good. Really a well balanced accessible beer.
