Our Winter Warmer is brewed with a proprietary blend of 6 different spices, caramel and chocolate malts and lots of Organic Apple Cider (20% of total volume). The beer pours deep amber in color with mulling spices and dried apples in the nose. From the first sip, the apples show themselves proudly with their pleasant acidity and then pave the way for layers of rum cake, calvados, dark brown sugar and spiced apple cider. We hope this offering warms you all the way to the core!

Interesting blend of cider and spiced winter warmer. Though the apple is subdued, it lends a sweet, tart complexity to the aggressively spiced ale. Good winter seasonal, hides most of its 9%.
