An American-style Strong Bitter, medium in body, deep copper in color, exudes a hop character of peaches and thyme, then hits with a clean ride of toast and caramel. The finish, as the name suggests, lends some pleasant bitterness that holds it all in place.

Pretty good descriptors up above, though I got no thyme in the brew. Light tropical fruit, ample bitterness, earthy hops, toasty malts all in a darker and slightly stronger tan usual for the style brew.
